This policy governs refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to EventEase, a software service owned and operated by PranaLabs. Please read it carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Physical Returns — Not Applicable
EventEase is a purely digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered at any point. Therefore, physical returns are not applicable to any transaction made through this Platform. All purchases relate exclusively to software subscription access.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your EventEase subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
- Submit cancellation requests by email to info@pranalabs.in with the subject line: "Subscription Cancellation — [Your Registered Name]".
- Upon cancellation, your access to EventEase will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No charges will be raised after the cancellation takes effect.
- Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the renewal date may be processed for the following billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
As EventEase grants instant digital access upon successful payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. However, PranaLabs will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: If you were charged more than once due to a technical error on our payment system, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued.
- Service not delivered: If your subscription was paid for but access to EventEase was not activated within 24 hours due to a fault on our end, a full refund will be issued.
- New subscriptions within 48 hours: First-time subscribers who contact us within 48 hours of their initial payment and have not actively used the service may be considered for a refund at PranaLabs' discretion.
To raise a refund request, write to info@pranalabs.in with your payment receipt and a brief description of the issue.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking via PhonePe). PranaLabs is not responsible for any additional delays imposed by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated from our end.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Because PranaLabs provides digital software and on-site event management services through EventEase, we do not ship any physical goods via third-party courier companies or postal services. No hardware, physical media, or packaged goods are sold or delivered through this Platform.
Service delivery under EventEase operates in two modes:
- Digital delivery (account access): Subscription-based access to the EventEase software platform is activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation from PhonePe. Activation confirmation is sent to the email address registered on your account. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, contact us immediately at info@pranalabs.in.
- On-site service delivery: Where PranaLabs or its authorised representatives provide physical on-site setup, onboarding, or event management support, such service is delivered directly at the customer's event location. The date, time, and location of on-site service will be agreed upon separately between PranaLabs and the customer prior to service delivery.
There are no shipping charges, no courier fees, and no delivery lead times applicable to any purchase made through this Platform.
